Requesting a copy of a POST application
If you would like to request a copy of your POST application for basic training, please call POST at 801-256-2300 or email support@utahpost.org to schedule an appointment. POST will not send the application by email. Photo ID is required. You may view the application at no charge. To receive a copy, GRAMA fees do apply.
