Reporting Training via the Acadis Portal

Reporting Process

The reporting of In-Service hours for officer compliance with UCA 53-6-202 must be submitted by the employing agency in the Acadis portal. Self-submission by individuals is not accepted. The following steps will show how the agency can report training:

  1. Log in to the Utah Acadis Online Portal at utah.acadisonline.com(opens in a new tab). If you do not have access to your agency records on the portal, you will need to email support@utahpost.org requesting agency access.
  2. From the navigation menu, select “Training and Events” then “Report Completed Training”.

3. Choose whether you are starting with pre-approved course material, or if you will be entering your own course information. (Select the icons to learn more about what is required in each field for the “Entering my own course information” option.) Once you have made your selection, select “Continue”.

***Please note: if officers are completing the training on different days, to reduce the number of entries, batch the training events either by month or quarter. If the actual date of training is desired in the record, include that information in the event details.***

4. Select employees who attended the training by typing the name or selecting the name from the drop-down. When done, select “Add to Roster.”

5. Once names are entered, you can edit the list to add or remove attendees of the training event. When the roster is complete, select “View Training Event.”

6. From the summary page, you can edit the training event, the attendee list, and submit it for approval, or save it as a draft.

7. After selecting ” Submit for approval”, you can monitor the status from the “Training and Events” section of the portal.
