Utah Rules of Evidence – Admissibility of Eyewitness Testimony Online Training
COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Utah Supreme Court has approved a new rule to be added to the Utah Rules of Evidence. The rule is effective November 1, 2019 and covers the criteria for admitting eyewitness identifications into evidence in a trial. The rule allows the Judge to exclude the eye witnesses ID unless certain conditions are met. The webinar, recorded October 31, 2019 covered the changes.
